- Limited Use: When you purchase an art reproduction, you are purchasing a physical product, not the copyright to the image. You may not scan, reproduce, or resell the image for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from us.
2. Product Authenticity & Specifications
- Giclée Standards: We pride ourselves on museum-quality 12-color archival printing. However, please note that colors may vary slightly between your digital screen and the final printed media due to monitor calibration differences.
- Hand-Finished Goods: As we specialize in high-end oil painting reproductions and specialized media, minor variations in texture are a testament to the archival process.
3. Orders and Payments
- Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing: Since each piece is a professional reproduction, please allow 3-7 business days for production before shipping.
- Risk of Loss: All items are carefully packaged. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Custom Nature: Because our prints are “made-to-order” to your specific size and media requirements, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement to ensure your art truly “outlives time.”
6. Limitation of Liability
Roys Fine Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Moose Jaw or Regina, SK.
